*************************************************\n\n******* Swabian Spaetzle *******\n\nIngredients:\n250 g flour\n2 eggs\n1 teaspoon salt\n1/8 liter of water\nfor lubricating: 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon Weckmehl\n\nBeat these ingredients well until batter shows air bubbles. On moistened Spaetzleboard deposit\na part of the dough. With scraper or knife with a long, wide blade scrape off the Spaetzle into\nrapidly boiling salted water. Keep water at a rolling boil. Spaetzle are done when they come\nup to the surface. Remove with large strainer-spoon and put in colander. Keep Spaetzle warm\nand repeat process until all dough is gone.\n\nTop Spaetzle with in butter browned breadcrumbs. For a richer taste substitute the water in the\nrecipe with eggs: as many as it takes to make a heavy dough. Add 1 teaspoon oil to batter.\n\n***************************************************
