    Arrived on time . . . Item shipped quickly and arrived early. Unfortunately, I discovered this was not the problem. Still, I recommend it as insurance at a good price. 5Little switch, big savings Saved from busing a new softener. 5Whirlpool water softener Work exactly like the original! Easy install and excellent replacement on my whirlpool water softner 5Works perfectly for Kenmore ultra high efficiency softener My Kenmore ultra high efficiency softener (model 400 I think) was stuck in regeneration mode. The plastic switch button (this one has just the white little button, and does not have the long metal arm that pushes the button on some Kenmore models) had worn down so the cam had no idea where it was. Replaced this switch (thank you Google search on Kenmore softeners!) and it works perfectly now. This part is identical to the original part on the softener. 5Works like a charm Kept getting error code 3 on older Kenmore. This fixed the problem!! 5No issues Was getting an error 1 on our Kenmore Ultrasoft 425, bought this and installed and it fixed it! 5easy repair Works perfect for my Kenmore ultra soft 480 water softener. Part was easy to remove and install. I had been getting an error 3 message and the softener would not shut off. Watched a You Tube video on how to replace/repair... was simple to do. 5Wrong Sized Contact Points The switch worked fine but the three contact points on the switch were too large to fit the existing wire connectors. The mounting screw holes were in the correct location. 2Blades on this switch are 1/4" and the original has ... Blades on this switch are 1/4" and the original has 3/16" blades or contact points.Original made in USA replacement made in Korea. That's what happens when you out source to foreign countries.DO NO BUY! 1Two Stars Had to modified the main connector would not fit my wiring harness. 2
