I've had silk sheets for yrs and they aren't as bad a shape as these were after just a couple of months. They got those little balls on them everywhere; head and feet both sides. One side pocket ripped, though that could have been my husband. 2The p rice is the only good thing. I am using my 3rd set from Amazon. I only need the bottom fitted sheet but it costs more to buy a single sheet than the set. All 3 of these sheets have not worn well. After a few weeks, they already are rough in places - the finish wears off very quickly. Make sure to shake it out thoroughly before washing or you make get a bleed from the other fiber colors left on the product.The sheets where silky I suppose but not as soft as I had hoped, silky sheets should puddle when they hit the floor; these just fell like an over starched shirt. The sheets are also very thin but are surprisingly hot - they retain heat and do not breath well.Honestly I bought the product because I had always wanted to try out the "sexy sheets" and they do look nice from a bit farther away but if you have never purchased a product like this, be prepared to constantly be tugging at your covers that are above the sheets due to the slippery nature of them and beware the comic slide off went sitting on the side of your bed.
